Solved is committed to providing the highest possible quality of
service to all our existing and future customers as well as building
and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.
This is
achieved by excellent teamwork throughout the organization. With
direction from the Managing Director, staff at all levels are valued
which encourages dedication and a commitment to a continuous improvement
environment.
We consistently monitor and analyze our resources and
activities as each play a crucial role in our process to ensure we
achieve our high standards of effectiveness and efficiency. This
process begins with our Marketing and is supported by our Design
and Quotation, Manufacturing, Delivery and Installation, After Sales
Care, and Invoicing departments.

Our aim is to achieve this through a programme of continuous improvement.
Our Commitments:
· Minimise waste by evaluating operations
and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
· Source
and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact
on production.
· To reuse and recycle materials wherever it
makes commercial sense to do so.
· To promote paperless
trading and communication with suppliers and customers.
· To
encourage staff to reuse or recycle the materials rather than dispose
to landfill.
· To encourage customers wherever possible
to separate recyclable, reusable materials.
