"We were having our break area re-designed and a new kitchen fitted. The need for new and fresh looking furniture to match in was required. After a quick online search OPS were found. From the first telephone call, dealing with Arthur of OPS was simple. A free visit to our site and a portfolio of example work to look through were a great start. Once what we were after vs. budget was discussed Arthur was able to provide a quote for the furniture. There were some issues with some items when they first arrived (this was noted by the delivery guys). These items were replaced as soon as it was possible for OPS to do so. After the delivery we felt our fantastic new kitchen and it’s new bench furniture and seating were let down by our two brown 100L wheelie bins. Again Arthur was called out and asked to quote for a custom cabinet to fit our wheelie bins, and to make use of some of our left over worktop. The end result is a fantastic looking kitchen with suitably matched great looking bench furniture and recycling storage furniture. We can’t recommend OPS own manufactured furniture enough, and the prices for the bought-in items was great too. Thanks for your superb customer service, and quality of product!"
